Using Synodic services.
By using the Synodic Website, Account, or a Synodic service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
02 / Accounts
Protect your access.
Use accurate information for your Account, keep authentication links and credentials private, and do not attempt to access another person's Account or bypass service controls. Synodic may restrict access where needed to protect Accounts, services, or other users.
03 / Products and availability
Products develop over time.
Products, services, planned features, experiments, and in-development work may change or may not become available. Product-specific terms apply in addition to these general terms. Active Reader has separate product terms. Paid memberships are governed by the Membership Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
04 / Content and conduct
Use the service responsibly.
Synodic Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Synodic or used with permission. Do not misuse the Website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt to evade access boundaries, or use Synodic content unlawfully. External services are governed by their own terms.
05 / Consumer rights
Rights remain protected.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
